📦 Returns

• Returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged or if there is damage caused during shipping.

• In most cases, an unboxing video may be required as proof to process the return request.

• The unboxing video should be clear, unedited, and recorded from the moment the package is opened.

• Return requests without proper evidence may not be accepted.

🚚 Shipping Damage

• If your order arrives damaged due to courier handling, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

• Share photos/videos of the damaged product and packaging for verification.

💰 Refunds

• Once the return is approved and the product is picked up by the courier, the refund will be initiated within 24 hours.

• Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment.

• The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

⚠️ Important Notes

• Returns or refunds are not applicable for reasons like change of mind, color variation, or personal preference.

• Minor natural variations in crystals are normal and not considered defects.
